The role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of related hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Collaborative spirit and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staffing levels and schedule staff according to forecasted occupancy.
• Oversee training on customer service, safety, and procedures.
• Monitor safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Ensure effective communication and open-door policy with employees.
