Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, CA is seeking a Housekeeping Dispatcher Supervisor to lead communications between Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. This full-time hourly supervisor role covers 12:00 PM–8:00 PM with weekend availability, serving as a central hub during staffing peaks.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of admin experience in hospitality, strong guest-service focus, and fluency in English and Spanish. A valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• 1 year experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Housekeeping department.
• Must have a proven track record of providing unique guest experiences.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills required (Google Workspace including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Answers, handles, and dispatches Housekeeping and Maintenance phone calls and service requests.
• Communicates and coordinates room status with Reception and Housekeeping to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinates maintenance repair requests and oversees Maintenance Work Order tracking.
• Keeps the Housekeeping Manager informed of day-to-day operational matters and departmental updates.
• Assists all departments with Housekeeping-related matters, serving as the central communication hub.
• Provides leadership support and backup coverage for Housekeeping operations during staffing shortages or peak periods.
