Job summary

Rancho Valencia Resort in Rancho Santa Fe, CA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants and coordinate with Front Desk, Villas, Engineering, Spa, and Laundry to maintain quality standards.

The role requires at least two years supervisory experience in a luxury resort, good English communication, a valid CA driver's license, and flexibility for AM/PM shifts; salary is $25 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Housekeeping supervisory experience in four or five diamond resort.
• Knowledge of property management system preferably Springer Miller.
• Ability to communicate in English with vendors, guests and staff, to their understanding.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays and AM/PM shifts.
• Valid CA Drivers license and ability to operate golf carts and hotel cars.
• Prior Five Diamond Resort and Spa experience
• Dynamic and personable
• Previous experience in other Rooms Division departments

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff daily operations.
• Coordinate housekeeping with engineering, front desk, villas, spa and laundry.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping in managing daily activities.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare daily room inspections and shift handoffs to staff.
• Coach and train employees and escalate performance issues when needed.
