Job summary

Culligan International is seeking a dynamic in-home sales professional to analyze customers’ water composition and design personalized water treatment solutions in your assigned territory.

You will present compelling sales proposals, build long-lasting relationships, and leverage company leads and marketing support to grow your territory, with formal training provided to launch a successful sales career and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• Ability to generate leads and build a territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ water composition.
• Design water treatment solutions.
• Make sales presentations.
• Build solid, long lasting relationships within customers’ homes in your assigned territory.
• In addition to generating your own leads, you will be given company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career in sales with growth opportunities.

This is a high-impact, high-earning field sales role where you control your success. This is a full commission sales position with uncapped earnings potential. Estimated annual earnings of $100,000-$130,000+, with top performers exceeding $175,000. What You'll Do

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for “hunting” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions that help homeowners improve their water quality.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while tracking activity and providing regular updates to management.
