Job summary

Culligan is seeking a high-impact field sales professional in Ocala, FL. This full-time role offers a commission-based compensation plan with uncapped earnings potential and a target annual range between $100,000 and $130,000.

You will conduct in-home water consultations, present customized solutions, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while leveraging company-provided leads and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for additional business opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions for homeowners.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals and community involvement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

What You\'ll Do
