Culligan is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to cover the St. Joseph, MO area. This role offers a lucrative income potential with $70,000 - $150,000+ in annual earnings based on base, commissions, and bonuses, plus company-provided leads and growth opportunities.

Flexible work options include home office and on-site visits to homeowners. You’ll build a pipeline through self-gen and referrals, conduct in-home water tests, and tailor solutions for households seeking cleaner, safer water.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for hunting additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
• Grow your pipeline through self-gen, referrals, networking, and community presence
• Assess prospects’ needs, conduct in-home water tests and present tailored solutions to homeowners that will address their concerns
• Apply proven sales strategies to closer more sales and write bigger tickets = earn higher commissions
• Utilize follow-up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities, as well as referral opportunities
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Partner with internal service and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
• Provide weekly updates, activities & pipeline opportunities to Sales Manager
