Sage Haus seeks a Household Manager & Family Assistant in Bothell, WA for a part-time role (15-20 hours/week). Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with a flexible 9:00 AM–9:00 PM window. Compensation ranges from $38–$45 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Household management & organization: Create and maintain household organization systems and daily resets.
• Deep cleaning & special projects: Occasional deep cleans of fridge, oven, baseboards, and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Inventory & errands: Restock pantry/fridge, manage running supply lists and household orders/subscriptions.
• Meal planning & prep: Plan healthy meals, grocery shop, prep and kitchen maintenance.
• Laundry & linen care: Fold/organize laundry, ironing/steaming, linen rotation, tidy laundry areas.
• Vehicle management: Schedule maintenance, fueling, cleaning and organizing family vehicles.
• Administrative & PA support: Travel planning, calendar coordination, receipts/budget tracking.
• Family support & child assistance: Light supervision, pick-ups/drop-offs, kid-related errands.
