You’ll support children, manage household systems, and coordinate errands to keep a busy home running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and discreet, with strong communication skills, tech-savviness (Notion), and the ability to adapt to a dynamic family schedule.

Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Vaccinations general (Covid & Flu preferred).
• CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise school-age children during morning hours and walk them to the bus stop (bus departs at 8:40am).
• Prepare backpacks, clothing, and snacks each morning; pack school lunches daily.
• Serve as backup childcare when needed (e.g., snow days, sick days, teacher planning days).
• Handle kid-related errands as needed; support packing and unpacking for family travel.
