Job summary

Sage Haus LLC is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant with Meal Prep Support in Seattle, WA for 15-20 hours per week. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:30am–12:30pm. Starting ASAP, compensation is $38-$43 per hour based on experience.

You will build and maintain home systems, help with kids during morning routines, handle light cleaning, groceries and pantry restocking, plan and prep three dinners per week, pack backpacks, and provide occasional evening coverage for date nights.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Perform daily resets to keep common areas tidy
• Manage light tidying and chores throughout the week
• Assist with meal planning and simple family meals
• Shop for groceries and restock pantry and fridge
• Prepare school lunches and backpacks each morning
• Support with packing for travel and school events
• Coordinate family calendar and appointments
• Handle errands and manage household subscriptions
• Provide occasional evening coverage for date nights
