Job summary

Sage Haus in Seattle, WA is seeking a part-time House Manager & Family Assistant with meal support. The role offers 15–20 hours per week, with a schedule of three days and a compensation of $37–$40 per hour, based on experience. Start date ASAP.

Responsibilities include family support, household organization, meal prep, and ongoing project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces in a busy home.

Qualifications

• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable personal transportation with mileage reimbursement provided for work-related tasks
• Vaccinations up to date per American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC guidelines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Family Support: assist with school pickups, activity prep, backpack and snack prep, and light supervision.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: build organization systems, daily resets, mail and package handling, indoor plant care.
• Inventory & Errands: pantry restocking, grocery list management, subscriptions, and returns coordination.
• Meal Support: help with approximately 4 dinners per week, grocery shopping, and school snacks prep.
• Dietary notes: nut allergy considerations and dietary preferences for family members.
• Laundry & Linens: manage laundry and linen care for the household.
• Pet Care: daily dog care and pet supply upkeep.
• Vehicle Upkeep: cleaning, fueling, and organizing family vehicles.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: organize key areas and perform occasional deep cleans.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: coordinate contractors and repairs, and liaise with property manager as needed.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: manage calendars, travel planning, and shared project lists.
