Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Fragrance-free/scent-free environment maintained at all times.
• Vaccinations preferred; family will need to know if candidate is not vaccinated.
• Occasional overnight stays during parent travel (advance notice).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• School pickups and drop-offs (Bus arrives home around 2:30pm).
• Provide childcare and supervision during parent work hours, evenings, and travel.
• Occasional overnight childcare support during parent travel (guest suite available).
• Kid-related transportation and errands support.
• Backpack, clothing, and snack preparation.
• Help kids with organization, routines, and daily responsibilities while fostering independence.
