Sage Haus LLC is seeking a part-time Household Manager & Family Assistant with childcare support in Washington, DC. This 18-20 hour/week role runs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 2:00 PM–8:30 PM, with occasional date-night coverage and overnights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• School pick-ups three times per week.
• Provide light supervision and back-up childcare during afternoons and evenings.
• Prepare backpacks, clothing, and supplies for extracurricular activities.
• Flexibility for occasional backup childcare on weeknights or weekends.
• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Assist with daily resets and prep for cleaners.
• Light tidying and seasonal swaps.
• Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs; assist with travel packing.
• Occasional deep cleans and larger organizational projects.
• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies; manage supply lists.
• Assist with household orders and subscriptions; manage returns and dry cleaning.
