Job summary

Sage Haus LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Part-time House Manager & Family Assistant to create order and ease for a busy family. You will implement organizational systems, manage daily routines, handle errands, and support meal prep and light childcare when needed.

The role is 10-15 hours per week with two fixed days, and an ASAP start. The ideal candidate communicates proactively and thrives in a private home environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a smoke free environment.
• Able to pass a background check.
• COVID/flu vaccination preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organizational systems throughout the home (closets, pantry, kitchen, linen storage).
• Complete daily household resets and prep for cleaners; manage seasonal organization projects.
• Declutter, coordinate donations, and prepare the home for guests and events.
• Assist with packing for travel and occasional deep cleaning tasks.
• Provide occasional childcare support for pick-ups/drop-offs and family scheduling.
