Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Nashville in Nashville, TN is seeking a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) for day shifts on a full-time basis. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified applicants and supports career growth and professional development.

The role emphasizes leading patient care, optimizing resources, and fostering a collaborative, high-quality inpatient post-ICU environment. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
