Select Specialty Hospital in Des Moines is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) for full-time night shifts. The role emphasizes leadership, resource management, and clinical oversight within a high-acuity inpatient setting.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license with BLS/ACLS; five years in critical care is preferred and prior management experience is favored. A BSN is preferred, with a strong focus on patient care and team development.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• 5 years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Location: Select Specialty Hospital - Des Moines

Schedule: Full-time Night Shift (3 shifts a week w/ every other weekend rotation and 3 holidays per year)
