Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in St. Charles, MO seeks a House Supervisor RN to lead night-shift operations, ensure safe patient care, and manage resources. The role offers a $90,000-$125,000 salary based on experience, a $15,000 sign-on with no repayment, and a robust orientation and career growth program.

Qualifications include an active RN license with BLS and ACLS at hire. Five years of critical care or clinical management experience is preferred, with BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
