Select Specialty Hospital – Orlando Central is seeking a House Supervisor-RN for the full-time night shift. The role will oversee resource management, patient care coordination and staff support in a 31-bed critical illness recovery setting with an additional 32-bed rehab unit.

Formación

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.

Position: House Supervisor- Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Select Specialty Hospital - Orlando Central

Schedule: Full-time Night Shift - 12 hour shifts

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Select Specialty Hospital – Orlando Central is a 31-bed free-standing critical illness recovery hospital. We specialize in helping critically ill patients breathe, speak, eat, walk and think as independently as possible.

• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
