Redwood Family Care Network in Whittier, CA seeks an EBSH-ARF House Lead (Floater) to assist the Administrator in coordinating the home so residents' health and safety needs are met and to mentor direct support staff.

The role requires DSP II and RBT certificates, a California driver’s license, and a commitment to our person-centered service model. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Must hold DSP I & II certificates and an RBT certificate.
• Must have a California driver’s license and pass pre-employment background checks.

Responsabilités

• Outline and prepare daily routines for clients as written in IPP.
• Support residents' goals and IPP/ISP development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients.
• Assist clients with personal care and meals as needed.
• Transport clients with the company van to home/facility visits and activities.
• Train and mentor direct support staff; report incidents daily.
