Qualifications

• ARF Administrator Certification
• RBT Certification
• DSP I and DSP II certificates
• CPR/FA and CPI certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with daily house operations and ensure high-quality client care.
• Develop and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
• Maintain client and facility files in compliance with CCR Title 17.
• Review, update, and submit quarterly progress reports per CCR Title 17.
• Coordinate with Regional Center, licensing and day programs as needed.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; handle performance management.
• Oversee staff schedules and assign duties; perform related duties as required.
