Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hourly and skilled labor.
• Manage requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers to fill roles.
• Drive candidate experience and onboarding for hourly talent.
• Partner with COE and HRBPs to align talent plans with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Dover policies and labor laws.
