Job summary

ORBIS Corporation is seeking an Hourly Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly positions across multiple plants in a manufacturing setting. You’ll partner with hiring managers to craft accurate job descriptions and drive a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offering, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
