Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in high-volume recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software, as well as social media and professional networks for recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites as part of a defined schedule.
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire hourly talent across multiple sites.
• Travel between Littleton, Londonderry, and Lincoln on a regular schedule to support on-site recruiting needs.
• Partner with local HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand site staffing needs and priorities.
• Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for assigned sites while aligning with TA strategy.
• Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers for hourly roles.
• Use multiple sourcing channels to build a local talent pipeline.
