Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and uphold BK standards to deliver great guest experiences.

You’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, manage the shift plan, and drive results through strong communication and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience in restaurants/retail helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback, supporting development, and keeping everyone energized throughout the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in wherever needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
