Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service, top food quality, cleanliness and safety. You’ll coach in the moment and keep the team focused and accountable.

Under supervision of the RGM and AM, you’ll drive shift execution, communication, and results, while growing into higher leadership roles in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership during fast-paced shifts.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain guest experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members during assigned shifts, ensuring service speed and quality.
• Coach and motivate crew, provide feedback, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Execute shift plan, uphold BK standards, and manage workflow.
• Support profitability through cash control, inventory, and truck orders.
