Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring quality food, fast service, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and model leadership on the shop floor.

As part of the management team, you’ll work with the RGM and AM to execute shift plans, drive guest satisfaction, and support store profitability while maintaining BK standards throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments like restaurants or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate crew; provide feedback and keep the team energized during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing plans, upholding BK standards, and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory, and receiving deliveries.
