Beyond Catering in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop our hourly team, ensuring a flawless dining experience and using industry-leading tools to manage the restaurant's daily operations. Under the direction of senior managers, you will build a strong management foundation, train staff, enforce policies, and help grow careers toward future restaurant leadership opportunities. This role offers pathways for career advancement within the company.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred).
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Some experience working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Assist Sr. Management with the set up and direction of daily shift planners & checklists.
