Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost control. The role involves supervising hourly staff, training associates, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The Team Lead will act as GM when needed and will drive initiatives to improve GOP and EBITDA while maintaining brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue, labor cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Enforce company policies and safety compliance at the hotel level.
• Monitor guest balances and refund processes.
• Assist with inventory management and budget adherence.
• Serve as first level of contact for guest service issues.
• Support front desk and housekeeping as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Promote a service culture and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
