Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations at Extended Stay America in Lake Forest, CA. The role focuses on delivering peak guest satisfaction and profitability by guiding hourly associates and maintaining brand standards.

The TL will assume GM responsibilities when needed, oversee safety procedures, and drive initiatives to improve GOP and EBITDA while providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and hotel service standards.
• Assist GM in driving initiatives to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and job performance expectations.
• Ensure safety, security, and policy compliance at the hotel level.
