Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for Extended Stay America in Burr Ridge/Chicago area. The role supports the GM in daily hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The Team Lead will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, and assist with revenue and cost-control initiatives to improve GOP and EBITDA.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and resolves issues promptly.
• Assist the GM in revenue initiatives, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold safety, policy compliance, and reporting procedures.
• Monitor in-house guest balances and vendor relations.
• Assist with inventory control and budget adherence.
• Serve as first contact for guest service issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote a respectful, professional service culture.
