Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, aiming for peak performance and guest satisfaction. You will resolve guest issues and supervise associates, stepping in for the GM when needed.

Role requires overseeing 8–15 hourly associates, maintaining safety procedures, and ensuring budget adherence to maximize GOP and EBITDA. A strong service culture and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service orientation and ability to resolve issues.
• Experience supervising hotel team and driving brand standards.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assists GM in driving revenue, reducing costs, and improving guest/associate satisfaction.
• Trains associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Ensures policy compliance and safety reporting at the property.
