Job summary

Extended Stay America in Glendale seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring top performance and guest satisfaction. The role includes resolving guest issues, supervising 8–15 hourly associates, and upholding safety and brand standards to boost profitability.

You will support training, monitor inventory and budgeting, and act as GM when needed, with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid English communication skills to interact with guests and associates.
• Ability to interpret instructions and operate hotel systems.
• Experience supervising 8–15 hourly associates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Resolve guest issues and supervise guest/associate satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management and budget adherence.
