Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will help train staff, enforce standards, and handle guest issues, while maintaining safety and compliance across the property.

You will also support sales efforts, monitor budgets, and provide back-up coverage as needed to sustain smooth operations and ongoing profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required or preferred.
• Strong English communication with guests and associates.
• Ability to supervise 8–15 hourly associates and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily hotel operations to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Provide first-level guest service resolution and escalate when needed.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Monitor inventory, purchases, and budgets to meet EBITDA targets.
• Support sales efforts and local market outreach to improve occupancy.
• Cover front desk or housekeeping duties as required to ensure operations.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures across the property.
