Highgate Hotels is hiring a Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel in Seattle. You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and dining areas, assist kitchen staff, and support banquet and buffet service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires flexibility, ability to stand long hours, and capability to perform heavy lifting consistent with food service operations. Prior hotel or food service experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• Must maintain a warm, friendly demeanor and strong communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform heavy cleaning and lifting tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen, back dock, and dining areas.
• Clean ovens, grills, sinks, and other heavy kitchen equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and utensils; ensure proper sanitation and storage.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in food and beverage areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of restaurant buffet and banquet service.
• Report equipment issues and maintain safety and sanitation procedures.
