Highgate Hotels is seeking a Steward for our resort operations. The role supports culinary and food & beverage outlets by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and proper storage of china, glassware, and equipment throughout the resort’s kitchens and stewarding areas.

You may assist with basic food preparation and prep cook tasks as needed, and will support banquet, restaurant, pool, and event operations according to business demands.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible with long hours and physical work.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform heavy lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning procedures to sanitation standards.
• Assist with banquets and special events as needed.
• Return all items to proper storage and manage waste according to procedures.
• Support culinary teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
