Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
• Listen, understand, and clarify concerns from guests and employees.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleanliness and proper food storage.

• Ensure proper uniform and nametag wear and personal grooming.
