Job summary

National Home Care is seeking a Shuttle Driver to greet guests and transport them to and from requested destinations while providing exceptional guest service. The role supports hotel operations and requires a chauffeur's license and full scheduling availability for 8-hour shifts.

You will operate designated vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and respond to inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner. Seniors and Veterans are preferred and may be given priority when scheduling.

• Assist guests with luggage.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Shuttle Driver

A Shuttle Driver is responsible for greeting guests and transporting them to and from requested destinations while providing excellent guest service and contributing to the hotel's overall operational efficiency.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Operate the hotel shuttle from 3:00 AM - 12:00 AM. Full availability for scheduling is required, with 8-hour shifts
• The position requires a chauffeur's license
• Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations, including but not limited to local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, and other requested locations
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist guests with their luggage
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
• Seniors and Veterans are preferred
