This role emphasizes client relationship management, ensuring that each property’s needs are met while maintaining high operational standards. By supervising hourly associates, managing daily processes, and fostering strong client partnerships, the Manager helps drive consistent results and a positive customer experience.

Primary Objective

The primary objective is to safeguard and grow each account by meeting clients’ expectations, delivering excellent service, achieving defined performance targets, and sourcing leads to the Sales Team. This involves nurturing client relationships, supervising on-site teams, monitoring revenue capture, and maintaining overall operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for each property, foster open communication, promptly address concerns, and ensure contractual obligations are consistently met. Build trust with hotel stakeholders and proactively seek feedback to support service improvements and additional business opportunities.
  • Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at each location. Conduct frequent site visits to identify and resolve issues and maintain consistent customer service standards.
  • Financial and Administrative Tasks: Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses; collaborate with the Regional Director on cost-control measures and accurate record-keeping to ensure financial health and budget alignment.
  • Team Supervision and Training: Recruit and train hourly associates, set performance goals, and provide ongoing coaching. Maintain a supportive environment that promotes employee satisfaction and strong customer service outcomes.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular status updates, such as weekly summaries and performance reports, to keep leadership informed of progress and needs. Coordinate with staff or leadership in emergencies or time-sensitive situations as needed.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel may be required for site visits, launches, and performance oversight. Provide consistent updates and performance insights to leadership; may use personal devices for work-related communications when appropriate.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Involve staff in planning and decision-making, maintain an open leadership style, provide regular feedback, and promote professional growth. Seek and apply feedback from internal and external customers to improve processes and services.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as needed to support operational and financial objectives. Attend required meetings and complete training; ability to work flexible hours during financial close periods and travel for reviews or corporate meetings as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field. Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management are beneficial.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record (no more than three moving violations in the past three years); background check must be clean. No special certifications are necessary.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and promptly resolve client concerns. Strong scheduling, workflow management, and service quality monitoring capabilities. Proficiency in hiring, training, and mentoring hourly staff; a motivated, cohesive workforce.
  • Financial Awareness: Basic revenue tracking, labor cost management, and issue-spotting to support stable site finances.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to handle shifting priorities, resolve operational hurdles, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using scheduling, revenue management, and communication tools relevant to multi-site parking operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role involves indoor and outdoor work, collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients on-site and in corporate environments. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions is expected. The location can be noisy due to moving vehicles. The role may require extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights.
