The Westin Great Southern Hotel in downtown Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Security team member. You will perform foot patrols, identify safety risks, and respond to incidents to ensure guest safety and property protection with a calm, professional demeanor.

Requirements include English proficiency and at least one year of experience; the ability to stand, walk, or sit for the full shift; and the capacity to lift up to 150 lbs.

Qualificações

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry items up to 150 lbs.
• Work in extreme temperature ranges.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct foot patrols around the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify risks.
• Maintain order and assist guests, handling door locks and safety issues calmly.
• Respond to emergencies and safety hazards with a clear, persuasive approach.
• Memorize life safety system locations and equipment to ensure quick responses.
