Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• At least one year of experience required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit and perform essential job functions for shift duration.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of shift on foot patrol observing hotel premises for security risks.
• Handle guest welfare issues and assist with door lock problems; coordinate emergency responses calmly.
• Monitor access points, conduct walkthroughs, and promote safe work practices.
• Familiarize with life safety systems and building layouts to respond to alarms and hazards.
