Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across multiple properties in the Savannah market. You will connect with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into hotel services and events that maximize revenue.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building with key industry players, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be proficient with Windows and company-approved spreadsheets/word processing.
• Long hours may be required.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate and book new business through proactive direct sales efforts.
• Build on existing relationships to grow the customer base.
• Capture client vision and convey needs to hotel teams.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Develop rapport with local industry partners and agencies.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales call goals and maintain pipeline.
• Participate in weekly meetings and assist in annual marketing planning.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to meet objectives.
