The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Hotel General Manager in Savannah, GA. You will lead a full-service boutique operation, overseeing front office, housekeeping, rooms, and F&B while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

We look for 6+ years of hotel management, a servant-leader mindset, and a passion for internal hospitality and core values. Travel for training and conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful managing full-service hotels.
• Willingness to travel for training conferences, sales meetings, etc.
• Thrives in fast-paced boutique hotel environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and embrace core values.
• Strong problem resolution and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, rooms, and food & beverage operations.
• Ensure service standards are consistently executed across procedures.
• Forecast financial trends and manage labor, costs, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to maintain a positive work culture.
• Lead by example in health, safety, and cleanliness across the property.
