Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District in Georgia. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure room readiness, and uphold guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires supervising daily operations, training staff, and coordinating with maintenance and front desk to deliver a seamless guest experience. Weekend/holiday hours are required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality or related fields preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the department each day, reporting room status to the front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found and scheduling.
• Inspect and/or clean multiple rooms each day.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken, defective or missing items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork with all departments.
