Job summary

Hospitality America is seeking a Sales Manager for Miami Coconut Grove Hampton Inn Hotel. You will drive revenue growth by overseeing all group sales, developing strategic plans, and cultivating client relationships to maximize occupancy across segments.

Role emphasizes promoting hotel offerings, collaborating with marketing, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and guests. 2 years hotel sales experience preferred; Hilton/Delphi knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

2 years of hotel sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge of Hilton systems and Delphi a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the hotel.
Identify target market segments, key accounts, and opportunities; prioritize sales initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales forecasting.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote hotel services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and service agreements with clients.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and digital content.
