Job summary

Hospitality America is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator for Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Coconut Grove to join a fast-paced team. You will support the property sales group by handling inquiries, coordinating reservations, preparing proposals, and assisting with group bookings.

Qualifications

• Hotel, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer calls to support the property sales team.
• Qualify potential customers via in-person, email, and phone interactions.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.
• Support the Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master account creation.
• Maintain inventory and create marketing collateral (printed/electronic).
• Coordinate meeting room setup and catering or breakfast requests as needed.
