Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, process leads, handle reservations, research billing inquiries, compile reports, and maintain files.
• Communicate with group and business travel customers in person, via email, and over the phone to qualify potential customers.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.
• Support the Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master account creation.
• Maintain inventory and create printed/electronic marketing collateral.
• Coordinate meeting room setup and assist with catering or breakfast requests.
