Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of sales-related experience preferred.
• 1 year of progressive sales experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the sales department; set goals and train staff.
• Drive revenue by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans aligned with market demand.
• Analyze market trends and adjust pricing and strategy to maximize REVPAR.
• Prepare budgets and forecast occupancy and revenue targets.
• Execute client proposals, contracts, and guest communications.
• Support guest services to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Education
