RAM Hotels is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our hotel sales efforts in the Alabama/Georgia region. You will drive revenue, set sales targets, and build long-lasting relationships with clients to maximize occupancy and ADR across properties.

The role requires leadership, strategic execution, and the ability to train a high-performing sales team while collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize profitability.

• Sales leadership experience with a track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and site visits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the sales department; develop strategies and goals.
