RAM Hotels is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales department, drive revenue, and build lasting relationships with clients for our Auburn-area properties. The role emphasizes strategic selling, target achievement, and proactive client engagement.

You will develop sales plans, coordinate marketing efforts, and mentor the sales team to exceed occupancy and ADR targets while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards across the hotel portfolio.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required; 2–3 years preferred.
• Progressive sales experience is a plus; demonstrated success in building client relationships.

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the sales department; plan, organize, and assign work; develop and communicate strategies and goals; train and advise team of policies and procedures.
• Develop business through direct sales solicitation; secure new clients; maintain existing clients while executing sales plans to maximize profitability.
• Develop and assist with the hotel’s marketing and sales strategy; implement the marketing and sales plan; analyze demand segments and competitor positioning.
• Analyze current and potential market sales and trends; coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share; conduct competitor pricing and product analysis.
• Prepare departmental budget; forecast occupancy fluctuations; direct selling activities to maximize revenue; meet budgeted RevPAR.
• Achieve sales revenue goals by selling to in-house guests and outside prospects; conduct site visits, telemarketing, and networking events.
• Support Guest Services as the hotel’s driving philosophy; generate proposals, contracts, and guest correspondence; ensure guest satisfaction.
