Jai Ambe II Llc is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, driving revenue through corporate, group, government, sports, and extended-stay business. You will liaise between the sales team, hotel departments, and clients to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

The role emphasizes contract preparation, CRM maintenance, and contributing to revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Hospitality/Business/Marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in hotel, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (HotelKey/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Sales and GM with daily sales activities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and group documentation; manage CRM records.
• Generate reports on production, activity, and performance; assist with site visits.
• Coordinate group rooming lists, reservations, and banquet details; ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with corporate accounts; pursue new opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and occupancy strategies.
• Maintain organized sales files, invoices, and forecasting reports.
