Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, sales, administrative, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Hilton experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents and presentations.
• Respond to client requests and maintain account/group information.
• Coordinate appointments and site tours; assist with group room blocks and event details.
• Ensure deadlines and follow-up activities are completed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Convention Services, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage.
